Welcome to https://eh-nailshoop.com/ (the “Website”), operated by E.H SHOP, company number 203132360, with its registered address in Maghar (the “Website Management” or the “Company”). Using, browsing and purchasing through the Website are subject to these terms. Please read them carefully; using the Website constitutes acceptance without reservation.
1. General
1.1. The Website is a platform for online purchases of products and services offered by its management.
1.2. These terms form a binding legal contract between Website Management and any person or entity acting on the Website (the “User”).
1.3. Management may update these terms periodically; the current version binds users from its publication date.
2. Website use
2.1. The Website is for personal use only. Commercial use of its content without written permission from management is strictly prohibited.
2.2. Users must refrain from actions that may impair the Website’s operation or third-party rights.
3. Registration and purchasing
3.1. Purchasing products or services requires completing registration with accurate, complete personal details.
3.2. Management reserves the right to cancel orders involving incorrect details, suspicious activity or breaches of these terms.
3.3. Product prices include VAT under Israeli law unless expressly stated otherwise.
4. Payment and delivery
4.1. Payment is made with a valid credit card meeting the requirements of authorised Israeli credit providers, or another method specified on the Website.
4.2. Orders are delivered to the address supplied when ordering, subject to the Website’s delivery policy.
4.3. Delivery dates are estimates only; the Company is not responsible for delays caused by external parties such as shipping companies.
5. Cancellations and returns
The customer may cancel the purchase from the transaction date until receipt of the product.
A return or cancellation is possible only if the product is returned in its original condition, with unopened packaging and without any use, deducting shipping costs from the store to the customer.
5.1. No more than 14 days have passed since receipt of the product.
5.2. Cancellation must be made exclusively in writing to ehab.hnawy1@gmail.com or through the Website’s contact form.
5.3. Refunds are issued under consumer protection law within 14 days of receipt of the cancellation notice, subject to actual return of the product if it has already been dispatched.
5.4. Users may cancel transactions under the Consumer Protection Law, 1981, subject to the cancellation policy detailed on the Website.
5.5. Management may charge legally permitted cancellation fees when a user cancels.
5.6. Opened, damaged or non-originally packaged products cannot be returned unless a manufacturing defect is found.
Delivery time
Delivery by the shipping company takes 2–5 business days.
Delivery times may vary by period. Where necessary, the Company will notify the customer no later than one business day after ordering.
Delivery is counted in full business days starting from the business day after the transaction date.
6. Privacy and information security
6.1. Management undertakes to protect users’ privacy under the Privacy Protection Law, 1981.
6.2. User information is stored in secure systems and is not transferred to third parties except to fulfil orders or where required by law.
6.3. The Website is protected using advanced security protocols. However, management is not responsible for unauthorised intrusions into information systems beyond its direct control.
7. Liability
7.1. Management is not responsible for direct or indirect damage arising from use of the Website or purchased products, except in cases of its gross negligence.
7.2. Images are illustrative only; actual products may differ from the images.
